GENERAL TERMS & CONIDITIONS
– You can return your product for a different product or size, or a refund to the original payment method.
– You have 14 days upon receipt of an item to inform us of your decision to return the item.
– The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
– Once Fritidsklader receives the item it will process the exchange or refund. Refunds will not include the initial shipping cost.
– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, or you can be penalised for up to 100% of the value of the item.
– In case of a manufacturing defect or damaged items, you must send an email to [email protected] with an image and explanation of the defect or damage. For items that are deemed defective or damaged the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of Fritidsklader.
How to return your item
1 - Send us an email
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item/s to notify us that you would like to return your order.
- Send an email to [email protected] notifying us that you wish to make a return.
- If the items you wish to return are defective or damaged, include an image with your email.
- In the email subject line please write ‘return’ and include the order number of your item/s. Please specify in the body of the email the item/s you wish to return.
- For exchanges please specify in your email the size you require.
2 - Return your item

- Return shipping costs on exchanges are the customers responsibility. On defective or damaged goods return shipping costs will be Fritidsklader’s responsibility.
3 - We will
- On receipt of your returned item/s – for exchanges, we will send your new item/s. For refunds, we will refund the total amount of your item/s, not including the shipping costs.
- For refunds, please allow 5 – 7 business days after your returned item has arrived for your refund to be processed.
- Your refund will be processed through the same method used to purchase the item/s.
